Fall-type metal detectors
The NMD530 Series NowSystems Quicker Metal Detector is used to detect and discard metal parts from bulk material during free fall. The device is used in critical points of the production line, most often at the entrance of the material to the production plant and just before packing. Due to the minimized height of the device, it is easy to position it between the weigher and the bagging machine.
Thanks to the use of high emission frequencies, it features incomparably high detection rate of powders, dusts and fine-fraction mass products ensures product safety and reduces the likelihood of complaints and returns, thus securing the good name of the manufacturer's brand. Another critical point for a metal detector installation could be the point of pouring into mixing devices or other processing machinery that otherwise could be damaged by unwanted metal components.
The automatic error rejection system with a flap mechanism allows you to optimize the production in terms of the minimum loss of bulk material by directing a selected small portion of material beyond the normal production line. The software of the Quicker fall-type metal detector is easy to use both on the built-in colour touch panel and on external devices thanks to the possibility of via LAN, USB and RS serial ports connection. The software itself allows for automatic machine learning, saving previously used programs, real-time work control and the possibility to analyse the detection history on a scale of different periods of time and according to the type of product supported.
