Metal detectors for products in pipelines
NMD530 Streamer series of the NowSystems metal detector functions as monitoring for pumped products, such as liquids, pastes and suspensions. Juices, sauces, jams, soups, etc. can be monitored for the presence of metallic inclusions. The fault rejection system built based on a ball valve allows optimization for the lowest possible losses and makes it easy to clean at the same time.
The device is operated by a 7-inch colour touch panel. The software is equipped with a system for automatic machine learning. It analyses products and their typical faults and is provided with the ability to save and recall previously used programs, and to conduct statistics and analysis of production, with the output of this data to external media and communication with other devices via LAN connection, serial port or USB.
