The NMD530 series Medic metal detectors by NowSystem have been designed specifically to handle pharmaceutical products and therefore treat the material in the gentlest way of all our available models, while offering the highest level of detection of metallic foreign bodies.
The Medic metal detector can detect and reject microscopic contaminant particles in pharmaceutical production at speeds of up to 15,000 tablets per minute, even when working with the most difficult products. The devices dimensions are small, and it is easy to clean thanks to the SU 316 stainless steel chute and a recoil mechanism with a transparent waste container, among others. It makes the Medic metal detector easy to use and easy to fit into any production line.
According to the NowSystem metal detector standard, the Medic models have the function of automatic learning and saving the detection-jet programs to be recalled later. These functions are available from a 7-inch touch display. Also as standard, the detectors of this Korean company have a set of ports that enable communication with other devices in real time and analysis of detected errors in the perspective of automatically recorded history. This can be accessed not only on the detector screen but also with the use of connected external devices. If necessary, it is possible to provide the client with documents for IQ, OQ and PQ qualifications.
