X-ray systems for pharmaceutical products
Pharmaceutical products use X-ray inspection systems in a similar way to packaged food products. Namely, drug sheets are checked for their filling of tablets or capsules. In addition, X-ray systems can also be used to detect damaged, i.e. incomplete or broken tablets. In addition to checking for defects and detecting damage, the X-ray system software allows you to count the number of pellets in the sheets and keep their records. Thanks to the automatic rejection systems, only undamaged batches with the correct number of tablets are sent for further packaging.
